HELP!! Possibly early labor???

Help... So this is the second night/day that it's been really hard to go to sleep because the pain and uncomfortableness we'll both nights I've woke up with severe pain and nausea that last basically all day consistent pain any advise as to what it is FTM 35w&6d I have gestational hypertension and go to the hospital twice a week for NST and ob once I'll be going Friday just wondering if this is a sign of labor it doesn't get better or worse walking and I've tried drinking water and laying on my sides
