Period barely two days?

Question

Should i still test for pregnancy if my period started late in the night on the sixth and ended yesterday? It wasn’t really a period and it was just an odd cycle for me! The photo is how the bleeding started! Could it have been implantation?

weirdly, when I had 2 days of AF the next month I was pregnant. 
I would test, and be extra careful if you don't want to have a child :)
