Triphasic BBT!?

Is this a triphasic bbt!? After I ovulate my temps usually hover around 97.3/4 which is did but then yesterday it shot to 97.7 and today 98. Very tired and my nipples r sore to touch, super bloated also have had weird pinching by my belly button and on my left ovary side for 2 days not. Been TTC for 7 months now so I hope this is our month. Someone read my chart and tell me you've had this before and you were pregnant!
