Still in pain 5 days after c section?

This is my second c section and i don’t remember things being this hard. I was fully moving around by this time with my first. This c section was bad because I felt pain during the c section and I was on morphine for a day after. Now I still can’t stand fully upright. I feel so much pain when peeing, when my bladder gets full or when gas moves through my insides. And even when I’m standing. The bladder full pain especially is the worst. I have red blood with clots after I pee too. Am I worrying for nothing or should I call the doctor ?
