How long after Jadelle?

I am getting my Jadelle implant removed today and I just want to know personally experience of others in how long you think it will take to get pregnant?

I am not gonna be tracking anything or doing ovulation tests or anything, just gonna let things happen and if I feel I'm pregnant then ill test. I found out so early with my first like literally the day after my missed period (my period was never even reliable I just KNEW, yknow?)

I'm also very fertile and it only took a month last time to get pregnant. So if either of these things make any difference how long should I expect? I'm kind of hoping I don't conceive the first cycle cause I don't want a cancer baby lmao but I wouldn't be upset if I did
