No more breastfeeding!!
I was exclusively breastfeeding my baby girl since she was born. She is now 15m old so I finally stopped about a week ago and she did great! But now I’m not! I gained almost 8lbs in less then a week, even though I eat healthy and exercise. My body feels swollen or puffy. My face is covered with pimples and I’m constantly sad or irritated. Anyone else went through something similar when they stopped nursing??? If so, how soon did you go back to normal?
