Embarrassing pregnancy moment of the day

My toddler and I took a walk today to the grocery store to pick up a couple things, absolutely gorgeous day… I was a little warm but nothing major.

As we’re in the checkout line I start feeling a little faint and spin-y, and all of a sudden there’s dots in my vision. My blood pressure must have dropped super fast, so I had to sit on the floor next to the checkout line and luckily I had some water with me 🤦😅

My toddler kept saying “you okay mommy” and of course everyone was staring lol.

Of course I had to almost pass out in the checkout line 😂
