My husband won’t delete photos of ex!

I’ve asked my husband now for months to delete a picture of him and the ex on the tv screen at his place of business. It’s a tv in the waiting room and photos taken at his place of business appear. The picture of his ex was a photo he took on his birthday he had at work when they were dating. I spend a lot of time with our new baby at his work…a lot! I am so sick of seeing it every 10 minutes when we are here. He keeps saying ok but hasn’t deleted it. Thoughts?
