Help! This is my first time using a menstural cup, and I noticed some spotting just before my period was about to start, so I disinfected my cup and put it in. However, I’m trying to get it out to empty it (I’m not even sure if it has any blood in it because it’s early in my flow - maybe too early?? Idek) and I’m struggling to get a grip on it. I can barely get one finger up there to try and wiggle it a bit and break the seal but I can’t reach the top, and every time I get it close enough to pinch it out, it goes back up before I can even get a second finger in. I can barely get a second finger in.

Any tips?? I’m trying to not freak out, but I’m ready to rip it out at this point 😅😭
