Baby Kicks 29 Weeks

Hello i have been to the L&D once at like 26 weeks for decreased fetal movement and i jus had a ultrasound scan done last week and everything was good but the movements really havent picked up there will be like one day out of a week when ill feel him move all throughout the day but when i had my ultrasound scan they said he was facing my back and deep in my back . Could this be the reason im not feeling alot of movement? Should i be concerned?
