Loss of symptoms 6-7 weeks?

I am 7 week pregnant today after a MMC in May at 12 weeks (chromosomal). This time I started feeling nausea, fatigue, brain fog all around 5 weeks. A few days ago the symptoms stopped and haven’t returned. No bleeding or cramping. Does anyone have experience with this? I have my first scan on Thursday but feeling extremely anxious.

Thank you. You were right, everything looked great at the scan - 7 weeks 4 days. Symptoms still haven’t come back but the NP said not to worry about it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Symptoms can come and go. It's natural to have a bit of fluctuation. It is not always a sign of miscarriage (though it can be.)

Totally normal for them to come and go. I experienced This too and had a perfectly healthy pregnancy :-)
