Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton

Anybody else completely frustrated with NHCP?!

I got out of the Navy in April but I’m married to a grunt and we’re expecting our first child in February. I thought once I became a civilian the quality of healthcare would be better cause they’re not worried about keeping me deployable😂

Well a sorry attempt to try to make a long story short but basically I was supposed to have my 16 week checkup done last Friday but my doctor got sick and the soonest I could reschedule with any other doctor was the 29th of this month. But that doctor is not my regular doctor so they were just under the impression that it was a women’s health visit, nothing got passed down, and never ordered my bloodwork labs for genetic testing. So after messaging them on the patient portal to verify, they also realized they need to order an anatomy scan too🤦🏻‍♀️ So because this all got delayed I can’t see Little One til the 6th of October and I will be like 20 weeks for my 16 week checkup😅 I thought Tripler hospital in Hawaii was a pain in the ass but geeeeeeeez😂
