Well me being a 19 year old girl my brother wanted to meet him as well to get a feel of the guy no questions asked just a small talk. Well the guy threw a major fit and started being a real dick. Then after he threw the fit he asked if I'd wanna go back to his place after the date.. What do I do.

I wouldn't simply because all he wants to do is get you alone. And from the kind of guy he is sounding like, all he wants from you is to get it in. Now let's just say he does take you back to his place and you get uncomfortable and tell him no. You don't know what kind of guy he is truly.
