Nervous about sharing the news

I'm 5w 4d today. This pregnancy was a surprise (but a welcome one!). I'm 27 and have lived on my own since I was 22. My partner is 36 and we have been close for a very long time(worked together in a high stress environment for 3 years and we are a GREAT team) but only started officially dating about 3 months ago. He has met my parents only once! I'm so afraid to tell my parents because I know they are going to be upset. They are going to tell me I'm not ready, they don't know my partner very well, I don't have enough money, etc. It's going to make me feel so sad and alone. How should I tell them? Any advice? I'm a little bummed so anything helps.
