TMI sorry

Im 7 weeks and I woke up this morning with the worst upset stomach ever. I had to rush to the bathroom and had very watery poops (sorry tmi) and then got so nauseous I thought I was going to throw up. This happened two more times in the span of 15 minutes and then I finally threw up. I haven't eaten in 24 hours so it was mostly water. Now I'm laying on the couch and feel horrible. I know throwing up and nausea are obviously morning sickness but has anyone else had to rush to use the toilet? I'm really worried if going to get dehydrated
