Does this sound like a UTI?

When I go to the toilet (wee) my tummy almost feels as though everything is moving downwards and it sort of hurts my stomach (difficult to explain the feeling). I’m not sure if it’s just everything moving around inside when I empty my bladder or if it could be a UTI - has anyone experienced anything similar? 
I thought a UTI was just when you experience vaginal pain or burning when weeing, but now I’m not so sure!

I’ve never had a UTI, but when my bladder is really full and I pee it hurts super bad in my abdomen (I think it’s round ligament pain?) from everything moving. But my urine has been clean at all my appointments

Yes this happens to me almost every time I pee. It just feels “heavy” afterwards down in my lower tummy then hurts to turn and wipe . I think it’s just my organs moving when emptying my bladder and also found ligament pain.

For me it’s like an uncomfortable feeling when urinating. It’s not painful for me or burning
