I just a new job. My current employer is mad because I'm only giving a 2 week notice, because their policy is 30 days notice. However, my new employer said that they need me and that they will give me 2 weeks to start. Does a 30 day notice seem excessively long? Since I've been with my current employer, 3 other RNs have quit, but only 1 gave a 30 day notice because the other 2 (like me) were told by their employers that they would only hold their job for 2 weeks.
