Should I be worried?

My period is 5 days late and I took two pregnancy tests yesterday,  they had very very faint lines but I just had bright pink spotting,  should I be worried that this might mean I'm out for the month?

I did a clear blue digital and got a negative, I hadn't seen anymore spotting,  I only saw it when I wiped
