So I’m talking to this guy and he didn’t know he went out with a transgender girl  it didn’t bother him. He said he didn’t do any sex but finished her what does that mean? Is he bi?

He gave her an orgasm. That's what it means. We don't know his sexuality. You need to talk to him about that. Does that matter to you of he is bi, omni, pan, poly, etc.? If he's attra Ted and loyal to you, his past sexual experiences shouldn't be your concern as long as you are both safe, clean and respectful

He’s probably straight. He could be whatever sexuality he wants.
