Long post/venting

So i have irregular cycles 🤦🏿‍♀️ I had a chemical pregnancy in July I only dtd once I don’t track ovulation so July 13 my glow app said my period was to come no biggie my period irregular but i spotted 13/14 and on the 15th got a positive digital test well bye the 17th I was spotting and gotten all negative test 18,19,20 I bleed clots and all spotted 2 days after but fast forward I am just now getting my first period which was spotting for 7 days only when I wipe pads was dry my periods are 3 days total but I thought I was pregnant 😩but it wasn’t i
