Spotting and backache 4w5d

Hi just wondering if anyone has been through this an had a positive outcome. I've had a mmc in the past an very anxious in general, last night I had some backache not enough to take painkillers but annoying an then a while later has some pink spotting. Today I've had very little brown spotting, it's more the backache that's concerning me.. Took a test again this morn line hasn't got darker but not lighter, also took cbd this evening an getting 1-2weeks on it. Trying to stay hopeful
