Desk job
Hello! I'm currently 16 weeks 5 days and I have been having terrible back problems. I work at a office and have a desk job and sitting all day is making my problems 10x worse.. Anyone else with a desk job have any suggestions of how to ease the pain? Tylenol only goes so far..
