Double stroller recommendations

Hey guys, I'm currently pregnant with baby #2 and am so confused at what to do for stroller options. 
Anyone has suggestions of double strollers that come with carseats as well? preferably under $400

We bought a secondhand city select! It is Amazinggggggg. Compact and versatile. Plus you can use any type of infant car seat with it! We bought ours secondhand with both seats and extra add ons for $200 on Marketplace!

Doesn't come with car seat. But it is a single to double. Check them out on their website Instagram or Target 🎯 ... We have this one and love it! Not expensive compared to others... Very high class and fancy stroller..

This is the one I've been looking at. I haven't seen it in person but they can be so pricey and this is one of the cheaper ones I've found! I already have a car seat for the car that I love, so the car seat that comes with the stroller will be for the stroller specifically.
