Who tracks their BBT?🤔

Question for all the bbt trackers, at which dpo does your bbt start to drop or rise? I’m currently 4dpo & this is only my first month doing it so I’m a bit lost🙈. Any help is greatly appreciated🤍

I typically get a visible rise the day after ovulation. It will continue to rise/be high through my luteal phase. Then, sometimes, a day or two before my period starts, it drops back down sharply.

It goes up after ovulation and will 🤙 me down around when your period is due or sometimes a few days into the next cycle.

So it’s been awhile since I’ve tracked bbt but I think it drops when you’re about to ovulate and then it goes back up after… then if you’re pregnant it keeps going up slightly? I might be wrong on the last one because when I found out I was pregnant with my son it dropped 😂 but it could’ve been because I tracked it wrong that day. So many variables.

Varies for many women. Usually it dipsehwn you ovulate. And sometimes 5 ro 9 days after ovulation commonly known as an implantation dip. But, not all women get that. And thrn, most women will dip the day before af starts
