Describe your pain please

Im 13 weeks today have had so much pain with this pregnancy and keep being told it's normal by my doctor. Am wondering what everyone else feels? For example, for the last 2 days I've had very sharp pain in my abdomen and aches in my lower back, it is constantly there and quite severe, it also feels like my period is about to start. If you are getting pain at this stage can you please describe it to me? Thanks ladies 😊
