Cramps all day

I'm 6w2days, and I've been cramping on and off all day. Had a small amount of pink cm when I went to the bathroom, then a little bit of red, and now nothing. Not sure what is going on, but it's freaking me out. Was supposed to go to a Christmas party tonight, but I cancelled just so I can lay low and get some rest. Anyone else cramping like I am?
