Question

This was my first pregnancy. For the last week we have been dealing with very low fluctuating hcg levels. Found out today (5 weeks 5 days) that this pregnancy will end in a miscarriage because today my hcg levels were only 198. How long after you found out your numbers were dropping did you start bleeding? This pregnancy hadn't even started to seem real and I'm shocked by the whole thing. It feels very surreal and heartbreaking. I never new that with an unplanned pregnancy I could ever feel so heartbroken about it not working out but this is a feeling of sadness you can't even try to explain.
