Growth

I turned 39 weeks on Wednesday. Every growth scan, and baby bump check up I have been told baby is were she is supposed to be size wise, she is growing beautifully. Yesterday I went in for a growth scan, they tech told me all the measurements looked good. I go onto my health portal today and in the notes it says that the babies growth is that of a 36 weeker and that fetal growth is an issue.. like wth now I’m scared and I’m upset because what does this mean and why didn’t anyone say anything to me? Smh
