Mucas plug/lots of discharge early pregnancy

Has anyone lost the Mucas plug in early pregnancy? I’m 15 weeks now. I’ve had some mucasy discharge brown/pink/red along with light bleeding on and off. I’ve been tested for infections and all clear. Baby also doing ok. Just unsure what else could be causing all of this? Wondered if anyone has had the same thing happen to them? Hospital don’t plan to do anything more as baby has a heartbeat.
