1hr Glucose test fail & Anemic

I had gestational with my first kid and they tested me with my second at 14 weeks and I passed now I’m 25 weeks and they tested me today and I failed the 1hr and they did other blood work and my red and white counts are off also is my hemoglobin which I believe is telling me I have low iron

My failing level was 172 today

Has anyone had GD previously but went on to second pregnancy and didn’t have it or passed there three hr test

Just curious if I have a chance of passing

Cause really not looking forward to watching my diet again and checking my sugar
