Is it normal for a baby's movements to be sporadic at 24 weeks and 4 days?

Yesterday he was moving a lot. I woke up last night to really bad rib and upper abdominal pain for like an hour. My aunt said he was probably just pushing. Today he's not moving as much. I'm anxious, I just want to know he's okay.

It’s normal! Babies still have lots of room to move around in the womb. Sometimes I go days without feeling my son kick. Other days he’s super active ☺️

I think its normal at that stage. As long as I can feel baby move every few hours or so I don't worry.
