Medical Advice after csection

You know those cases where the doctor can't find anything and you push and find out you have been sick all along.

I had a csection and everything went wrong I was hospitalized for over two weeks.

I had an infection in my paracolic gutter because of the surgery it was an intern and during the surgery she cut something said oh shit and asked the doctor what to do and they started whispering I couldn't over hear. There's no notes what they did wrong. I have been suffering in pain for years after the surgery in the lower large intestine.
