Hey guys, I really need help here.

My vigina has been itching at times, like it comes and goes. Then I have these thick little fluffy discharge that comes out of my vigina. I took a mirror to look down there and when I pressed on my vigina, milky like liquid came out . I havent slept with anyone as yet, but when I got on google it talks about STI's and that really scares me. What do you think I have, and like is there a way to treat it naturally or is it only medically?. I'm so scared now, does it go away or am I stuck with it for life. And can I infect my partner, coz we've only ever had oral sex, twice.
