I did my first mammogram a week ago and they said additional imaging is required. The report was incomplete. The report says i have dense breast. I am completely stressed out and terrified. I have an appointment in a week and the waiting has been horrible. Pure misery. My mind is going to dark places thinking the worst which is so easy to do. My mom went through the same thing she confessed to me years ago and she never told me, and it turned out to be nothing. But still fear is taking over me. Has any of you gone through this and how you coped with it? Thank you
