Am I out this month?

I’m 12DPO and for the past week I’ve had headaches almost everyday and slight cramping randomly throughout the day for like the past week. But especially today I have light cramping. Is this just AF knocking on my door because I’m predicted to start her Monday. I hate that I’m always overthinking every little twinge.

Early pregnancy symptoms can look a lot like PMS sometimes, it is highly possible don’t be discouraged! Try to stay calm and see what happens in the next few days - I know that’s easier said than done.
