Gastro apt tomorrow...feeling overwhelmed

Ive been battling sever adominal pain for 2 years... off and on...but the last year i noticed it flares up right before my period. I have signs of endo as well as Chrons. Im super frustrated as my old gyno moved before all these issues started and i went to a new one and after seeing her at my second visit she couldnt even remember why I was there... she didnt chart anything from my first visit!!!!! I almost gave up till this morning... i woke up with the worst gas... pooped blood and was in sooo much pain.

So.... im seeing a gastrointerologist tomorrow...get the ball rolling and narrow down the posibilities. .... im scared shitless and bracing for the worst.
