Could this be happening? Or am I seeing ghosts?

Little back story here. I had a baby when I was 19, so now she's coming up to the double digits. I've had a miscarriage, me and my fiance tried to conceive but his tests shower it would be extremely hard for us to do it naturally. 6 months of clomid, multiple tests, 3 failed IUI's and absolutely nothing. I gave up hope, it stressed our relationship. I just recently lost my mum to domestic violence and she is the only parent I had. I don't know how I would of done it with my daughter without her, I seriously don't. She was an angel send from above and she was such an amazing grandmother. Now fast forward to now, after her passing I seriously don't think I want anymore kids, I have been so stressed out, trying to grieve, court dates coming up for the man who killed my mum and was charged with first degree murder. Now this test, I swear I see the other line but I just don't know. Can you guys please tell me I'm not going crazy?
