Bowel movements

Ladies, I don’t know about you but I’m almost 19 weeks and my bowel movements have not gotten any easier. Usually I am backed up for like 2-3 days and then I poop and I don’t stop that whole day. I call them my “poop days” because I can’t leave the house because I need to be near a toilet 24/7. The past 4 days have been consecutive “poop days” for me. And they’re painful poops. A lot of gas pain, and then my (TMI) anus will burn from pooping so much. Then the day after my stomach muscles are sore like I’ve been doing sit ups. I have tried tracking what I eat and seeing if there are triggers but I can’t seem to pin point it. I’m scared to bring up to the drs because I have had multiple people tell me that their doctors said it was gall bladder issues, remove the gall bladder while they’re pregnant, doesn’t solve the problem and then they end up losing the baby. And usually around this 19-20 week mark. Anyone else experiencing this? Know what it is? Advice on what to do?
