Positive or am I driving myself crazy??

Hello, I’m one day away from my expected period and I feel all sorts of symptoms. Sore boobs, cramping towards lower back, mood swings, loss of appetite or sickness after eating, morning sickness etc. I already have a 2 yr old and everything feels the same way when I found out I was preg for him. What’s bothering me is all the faint lines in which eventually makes me tear the tests apart (I know very controversial topic with mixed reviews). I’m still waiting to get a lab app to take a blood test but as all you TTC know how impatient some of us can get (guilty)! Has anyone tear a test apart and eventually got a + sign? Or -? Thanks!
