I had a bad bout of either food poisoning or sickness bug on Sunday evening, hours of throwing up, diarrhoea, extreme cramping. I text my midwife who re assured me not to worry but I’ve realised I haven’t felt movements since. I’m only 19 weeks so I know movement isn’t routine yet but I don’t know whether it’s just coincidence or somethings wrong. Just can’t stop worrying .
