i have been testing and all my tests come up so faint. but i’ve had a blood test and it’s negative. my doctor says i might only be 2 weeks pregnant. i’m just so confused can someone please help me !

I see some faint lines, if you are the lines should darken (HCG is supposed to double every two days) also make sure to test with FMU (first morning urine) it is the most concentrated
