I had my transfer on Friday, freaking out a little bit because I’ve been cramping on and off since day after transfer. I’ve seen that a lot of women have gotten a positive pregnancy test on day 4. I caved and took a test and it was negative !! Did anyone get a negative this soon and then test positive days after ? Please share some stories ! This tww is torture !!!
