How can you tell if it's a boy vs girl?

I'm getting my ultrasound done in the next few weeks, and I just wanted to know how you know from the ultrasound screen. Is it obvious or do only the experts really know? I'm getting it done at 18-19 weeks.

This is actually from my anatomy scan and you can clearly tell it's a boy from the profile but he was kicking and stretching like crazy the whole time.

As long as you get a good look it's easy to see. Here you can see the difference with my kids (girl on top, boy at bottom)

The penis is hard to miss lol during mine my son was flopping all over the place, the specialist I see said "he's proud of that"

The ultrasound tech will tell you which it is if you want to know and they'll tell you when to look away if you don't want to know.
