Constipation
I'm 9w5d and I've been pretty constipated lately. As stuff is working its way through, I feel this heaviness in my pelvis, almost as if my period is getting ready to come (without the cramping). I never had it this bad with my first. Anyone else experience the same? Is it just a matter of getting my bowels back on track?
