Nexium

My girl is 10 weeks old tomorrow and just started Nexium (only had one dose so far). She was on Pepcid for about 3 or so weeks I think? I saw a little change but she was still super uncomfortable. I was wondering if anyone has used the Nexium powder for their kiddos? Did it help? Should I be concerned about anything with this medication?

Also, when is best to give it? I gave the first dose at night and everything on dr google says is typically given first thing in the morning. I also didn’t wait to feed her (mainly because she was screaming for a bottle) but also because online said it can be given with or without food? I’m sure it’s probably more effective if I were to wait to feed her but I didn’t want to kee her crying.

What are everyone’s thoughts on the Nexium subject?
