Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hey all,

So I’m in the process of getting bloodwork done to make sure my levels are going up. I had a miscarriage where I started actively bleeding on the 3rd of September and my levels had gone down the day before… my question is, with me already testing positive, how far along am I? According to my last “period” I’m less than 4 wks, but that seems so early to test positive.

Just overly emotional on all aspects right now. I’ll know more tomorrow (second blood draw results), but curious for the mean time.
