Just need answers

So I got a positive test back in July, i unfortunately miscarried. I had 3 positive test then bam started bleeding. So that’s what I chopped it up to but after that my period has been super irregular. Like missed period then period then now this month again missed period. And for some reason I’m still getting the faintest of lines on test but not a blazing there it is positive. How long does it take for the limes to go away? Should I go to my OB? This is new and scary for me. I’ve had 2 healthy babies and then BOOM got all the symptoms I had with my daughter, I test and it’s a positive and now I’m a mess over this. So advice would be greatly appreciated because I wanna get my body back to normal so I can start to maybe feel normal again.
