Vagina smell question

Hello, my son is now 2months old and I’ve noticed since having him my vagina just doesn’t smell like it did before having him. Some days it smells sweet down there and other days it smells like a stinky arm pit. I have very little if any discharge and it looks normal in color. No burning when I pee and no itching. My postpartum bleeding stopped around 5.5wks. Any ideas my doctor doesn’t have any openings until late October.
