Ok, I’m about to be 20 weeks. I found out I’m pregnant and the gender of the baby the same day!

I had a tattoo done a couple days before heading to the hospital. Am I ok? Is the baby ok? I’m SHOCKED! I’ve felt off but I thought it was sinuses and it was getting pretty bad. Turns out it was my sinuses but also I’m pregnant!! Has anyone had this happen? I’ve heard story’s from friends mothers being pregnant and not knowing whatsoever until birth riding rides drinking smoking w/them . Completely not knowing or showing.. but I’m scared. That I had a tattoo literally done and I’m now pregnant I mean been pregnant like?!?!
