How long did you wait to have sex after baby?

I’m two weeks & two days post baby by c-section I had sex for the first time right on my two week mark I know you can’t accidentally have sex but I’ll just say it was a slip up do you think I’ll be okay & how long did you ladies wait?

You shouldn't have sex, or slip ups until after your six week check and the doc signing you off. It isnt an advice type thing to follow if you feel like it, it's there to prevent serious infection/ injury to your uterus. Right now you have a dinner plate sized wound in your uterus that NEEDS the time to heal. 
Make sure you fully abstain with no further accidents or slip ups until AFTER your doctor has signed you off at your 6 week check. Of you don't there is the possibility of serious infection which could lead to infertility or even you having to have a hysterectomy.
This is NOT scare mongering or conjecture.

I waited until I was cleared by my doctor at 6 weeks.  I suggest you stop “slipping up” and do the same.  You’re chances of a wicked, potentially life threatening infection in your uterus are high right now.

HOW could you even possibly be in the mood for sex that soon? Nvm the risk of infection or higher chance of getting pregnant…again, how were you in the mood, how did you have time/energy?

I listened to my doctor and waited at least 6 weeks.
Doesn’t matter if it was a vaginal or c-section birth. You have a dinner plate sized open wound inside you that is incredibly susceptible to infection if you don’t wait.
You didn’t have a “slip up,” you had sex. You risked prolapse, hemorrhage or bleeding out because you couldn’t control yourself.

2 weeks with my first because no one said not to.  It was horrible
2 years with my second but I was a single mama when she was born 😂
11 weeks wirh my third because I knew it would be uncomfortable and just wasn’t ready 😫
Currently 3 1/2 w pp with my fourth and absolutely no interest yet.  I’ll probably try after my 6w appt only because we’ve only had sex once since I was 28w pregnant (I was on pelvic rest until 37w, gave birth at 37+4 🤪)

I had a c-section and I’m not having sex until after my 6 week checkup. Aside from the postpartum lochia (bleeding), there’s a risk of infection. You have a dinner plate sized wound in your uterus that needs time to heal. Never mind the risk of pregnancy which can be dangerous so soon after major surgery. 
It’s hard, I could really use a good roll in the sheets with my husband, but my health is more important. There are other things you can do that are satisfying and safe while you wait for your body to heal. You might “feel okay” but internally, there’s still a long way to go.
